Return Policy

We hope that you are pleased with your purchase. However, if you are unsatisfied with your order returns will be accepted within 14 days of delivery and are subjected to the following guidelines:

• Customer must contact us within 7 days of receipt if interested in exchanging or returning purchase.
• Items must be returned in original condition and packaging.
• Customer is responsible to pay shipping cost both ways for any returns or exchanges.
• Refunds will be issued in the same form as original payment and may take up to 30 days to process. 
• We are not responsible for any items that are lost or damaged during shipping. However, most items are automatically insured up to $100 with the USPS. If you would like to fully insure your items, please contact us prior to purchase.

Additional Policies:
Please keep in mind that most items are made to order and may take 7 to 14 business days to ship. Due to the uniqueness of African fabric, pattern placement may vary slightly in each item.
